In order to acquire a Water Bending technique, you must possess the necessary amount of spendable Chi and have the specified difficulty of that technique. This thread essentially acts as a progression center for Water Benders to acquire more techniques once they have enough Chi accumulated. When you have allocated enough Chi for a specific Water Bending Technique, you may post here and spend the Chi on the ability you would like.
